Catalysts for Change
As a member-driven organization, the RAIC relies on hundreds of volunteers whose contributions advance advocacy and shape issues that matter to the architectural community.
Volunteering with the RAIC is a meaningful way to support the profession while connecting with causes you care about. Volunteers contribute skills, ideas, and energy that extend outreach, strengthen member services, and drive innovation. In return, they gain opportunities to deepen professional networks, make a positive impact, and be part of a national, forward-thinking community.
Volunteers take on leadership roles across committees, task forces, working groups, chapters and networks. They help design programs, shape advocacy, and support members, generously sharing their time, expertise and passion to strengthen the RAIC.
Ways to Get Involved
- Annual RAIC Conference on Architecture: Help shape and run the conference by volunteering your time and expertise.
- Chapters and Networks: Contribute locally to strengthen the architectural community
- Board of Directors, Standing Committees & Task Forces: Participation is by election or appointment (RAIC membership is required)
- National Committees, Task Forces and Working Groups: Opportunities are shared through an annual call for volunteers (RAIC membership is required)
