Overview

This scholarship aims to provide financial support to a deserving student who has completed 50% of the RAIC Syllabus Program and is dedicated to becoming an architect.

Eligibility & Submission Rules

Background

The Kiyoshi Matsuzaki RAIC Scholarship Fund was established in 2013 in honour of Kiyoshi Matsuzaki PP/FRAIC, 1943-2012, to award an annual scholarship called the Kiyoshi Matsuzaki RAIC Scholarship to a student enrolled in the RAIC Syllabus Program.

The name of the scholarship was changed to the Kiyoshi Matsuzaki RAIC Syllabus Scholarship in 2025 to better reflect its purpose.

The Scholarship advances Kiyoshi Matsuzaki’s personal belief in the future of the architecture profession and his unwavering support for the younger generation of students, the next leaders of our profession.

The RAIC Syllabus Program is owned and administered by the RAIC and is related to the RAIC Centre for Architecture at Athabasca University.
